The Florida Home Care Services Directory & Referral Guide is an indispensable guide to HCAF's member community, which includes Florida home care agencies and vendors that serve the home care industry.
The thirteenth annual edition of the directory will be mailed to all HCAF member organizations and to over 300 hospital discharge planning units throughout Florida this summer. Members of HCAF will receive one free copy of the directory. Additional copies can be pre-ordered here.
Home care providers are listed by service area alphabetically, including contact information, business model, service(s) provided, accreditation type, and social media handles. Vendors are listed alphabetically with their contact information and products/services.
If your organization is an active HCAF member, please make sure your member profile is updated for both the print and online directories. Follow these steps to view and update your organization's profile.
- Click here and log in to your organization's primary member profile on the HCAF Hub
- On the left-side navigation menu, click "My Directory Listing"
- Choose your organization from the dropdown menu
- Verify and update the information that appears in print and online directories based on your membership type
