Membership Seal

HCAF provides a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to its bona fide current members to use HCAF membership-related names and the member seal exclusively for indicating their HCAF membership status. This license permits members to use these marks solely for communicating their association with HCAF.

Members must adhere to HCAF's specified usage guidelines, ensuring that the graphics remain unaltered, unmodified, and not animated. Sub-licensing of HCAF trademarks is not permitted. Members are also prohibited from incorporating HCAF trademarks into their own trade names or implying affiliations beyond HCAF membership when using the HCAF logo or seal.

This license automatically terminates upon the expiration, revocation, or termination of HCAF membership. Members are required to promptly report any infringement or violation of HCAF trademarks. Taking action against third-party infringement or violation is not allowed without written consent from HCAF.
