Board of Directors

The Home Care Association of Florida (HCAF) Board of Directors is composed of dedicated volunteer leaders from across the state who represent the full breadth of Florida’s home care sector. From Medicare-certified home health agencies to private pay providers and vendor partners, our 18-member Board — along with an appointed Advisory Member — provides strategic leadership and vision to advance HCAF’s mission of supporting and advocating for high-quality in-home care for all Floridians.

Board members serve two-year terms, with the option to renew for up to two consecutive additional terms. The Executive Committee — consisting of the President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer — represents the industry in an at-large capacity, providing strategic oversight and leadership.

In addition, 11 Regional Directors represent home care providers in specific health care regions as designated by the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA). The Board also includes a Private Care Director, who serves as the voice of private pay providers, and an Associate Director, who represents vendor organizations that support Florida’s home care providers.
