The Home Care Association of Florida (HCAF) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and transparency in all our operations. Our Conflict of Interest Policy ensures that our decision-making processes remain fair, ethical, and focused on our mission to serve the home care community.

A conflict of interest occurs when someone in a leadership position within our organization could personally benefit financially from decisions they make on behalf of the association. This includes direct benefits to the individual or indirect benefits to their family members or closely associated businesses.
