HHQI September ‘Save the Dates’

As flu season gets into full swing, HHQI has released the updated 2017 Immunization and Infection Prevention Best Practice Intervention Package (BPIP). This BPIP includes the recently released 2017-2018 Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Influenza guidelines. Please review to ensure you and your clinicians are implementing the most current evidence-based practices.

  • September 14: Last day to ‘Close out your HHCDR’ in order to receive your personalized Home Health Cardiovascular Data Registry (HHCDR) Report around September 23.

  • September 15: HHCDR patient data available starting today for the next month.

  • Third Thursday, September 21, 2:00-3:00 p.m. ET: Cardiovascular Learning Action Network (CardioLAN) –– Please join the HHQI team in welcoming Hilary Wall, MPH, Senior Health Specialist in the Division for Heart Disease and Stroke Prevention at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) serving as the Science Lead for Million Hearts®. The Million Hearts® Toolbox for Hypertension Control & Beyond will be presented. Register now to reserve your seat.
