The home care industry is in a state of flux with the recent decisions by federal regulators to delay the Medicare Pre-Claim Review (PCR) Demonstration and new Medicare Conditions of Participation (CoPs). The upcoming Spring District Meetings present the perfect opportunity to hear from industry experts so you are prepared to be compliant and in-the-know on what's ahead once the delay has been lifted.

Home Health Solutions' J'non Griffin will provide a special presentation on a flurry of industry changes –– PCR, CoPs, face-to-face encounter documentation requirements, and the transition to ICD-10, among others –– and discuss how providers can avoid and resist becoming desensitized to so many changes coming at them all at once. Her presentation will provide attendees with a compliance chart for success and include a practical discussion on actionable steps that every provider should be taking today. The reprieve our industry has been granted cannot be squandered!

Joining Ms. Griffin will be the Home Care Association of Florida Executive Director Bobby Lolley and Director of Government Affairs and Communications Kyle Simon, who will present the following:

  • State of the Industry Update
  • Federal and State Legislative and Regulatory News
  • What's Next for Statewide Medicaid Managed Care
  • Medicare Payment Advisory Commission, the Alliance for Home Health Quality and Innovation, and the Government Accountability Office Analyze the Industry...What Do They Think?
  • Examining the Agency for Health Care Administration's Top 10 Survey Deficiencies
