Coronavirus, infection rates, social distancing, self-isolation, quarantine, lock down… Six months ago, none of us could imagine that these topics would soon consume the news—and shape our daily lives.

There’s no doubt about it, COVID-19 has created a tough situation for everyone. As home care providers, your business is extremely vital to your communities, yet you have a unique set of circumstances that make your job especially challenging!

We truly believe that how you handle this crisis will have an impact on your relationships with your caregivers, the effectiveness of your recruitment efforts, and your caregiver retention rate for a long time after this virus is behind us. It’s crucial during this challenging time for all of us in leadership positions to present a calm demeanor and to support the physical and psychological health of our employees.

During this webinar, we will talk about some operational actions you can take to be prepared in the weeks and months ahead.  Then we’ll focus more heavily on ways to keep your caregivers safe, happy, and on your team for the long haul!

HCAF has partnered with In The Know Caregiver Training and is pleased to offer this webinar at no charge.  Register now!
