First Impressions Matter - Website Strategies to Drive Leads and Sales

Join HCAF’s Private Duty Director Kristen Wheeler on the first Friday of each month for an informal and informative chat covering hot topics affecting the Private Duty home care industry. Overview

Before prospective clients consider your company, they almost always check out your online presence first.  A website is a key marketing tool for doing business nowadays, especially for the new generation of decision makers.  However, not all websites are created equal and some can even negatively impact a business’ credibility and perceived quality, ultimately leading to a loss in revenue.  In today’s fast paced world, it takes only 50 milliseconds or .05 seconds for most visitors to form an opinion of a website and decide whether to explore it further or just leave. 

 

Unfortunately, many busy professionals still put their website or even the idea of having an online presence on the backburner.  In this webinar, we will discuss what it takes to make that first good impression.  Whether you are looking to build your first website, or if your current one needs revamping because it is not receiving the level of traffic or generating the number of leads you hoped for, this webinar will explore strategies necessary for a well-performing website.  Your company website should not only attract visitors and educate them, but it should convince them to want to conduct business with you.

Meet the Speaker

Lynn Lobit is the Founder and President of diamonddog Strategic Marketing Services, a full-service marketing firm that works with clients ranging from start-ups to the Fortune 500.  Prior to launching diamonddog Marketing over six years ago, Lynn was in Corporate America for almost twenty years.  She led the global marketing activities for NEC’s Enterprise Communication Technologies business.  Before NEC, Ms. Lobit was an executive at Motorola for over 16 years, leading marketing communications, event management, and product marketing for various business units on a global basis.  While at Motorola Lynn was recognized on numerous occasions for her marketing leadership and won two awards from the Business Marketing Association (BMA). 

Ms. Lobit began her marketing career at Gloria Jean’s Gourmet Coffees where she helped found the wholesale Coffee Division with Motorola as its first customer. 

Outside of work, Lynn enjoys sharing her time and talent with several different organizations.  She is a member of the CMO Council and served on the Eller MBA Industry Advisory Board at the University of Arizona and on the board for PAWS, a no-kill animal shelter.  Ms. Lobit is also active in several parish ministries, including singing in the adult choir, teaching Sunday school, and planning key events.

 

Ms. Lobit holds a BA degree in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Denver.  Lynn also has an MBA with a specialization in Marketing from the University of Arizona.
