Reservations can be made with Marriott reservations at (813) 287-2555. The cutoff date to reserve a room in HCAF's block at the special rate of $152 (plus state and local taxes) is Friday, September 21.

Early Bird Registration

  • Private Duty & Combo Members: $149
  • Certified & Associate Members: $299
  • Prospective Members: $399

All rates are based on when payment is received. Early bird rates end September 21. After September 21, rates will increase $50.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing or by email to Julia Heath at jheath@homecarefla.org. Cancellations received before September 21 are subject to a 15% fee. Cancellations received after September 21 are subject to a 40% fee. No refunds will be issued after September 28. Outstanding invoices after September 28 are due in full and no adjustments will be made. Several people cannot share one registration, but if a registrant cannot attend, then a substitute can attend in his/her place for no additional fee.
