ZPIC Resources

The primary goal of Zone Program Integrity Contractors (ZPICs) is to investigate instances of suspected fraud, waste, and abuse. ZPICs develop investigations early, and in a timely manner, take immediate action to ensure that Medicare Trust Fund monies are not inappropriately paid. They also identify any improper payments that are to be recouped by the Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC).

Congressional Inquiries

Please complete the congressional consent form and share your story with the offices of Senator Bill Nelson (D) and Senator Marco Rubio (R). With Republicans controlling the three branches of the federal government, Senator Rubio's office holds significant power to address ZPIC issues on behalf of Florida home health care providers.

There is strength in numbers, so submit your inquiry today (and be sure to contact HCAF to let us know you've done so!).
