HCAF is pleased to
announce that it has signed a contract with the Community Health Accreditation
Program (http://www.chapinc.org) for
significant savings to our members seeking accreditation. The savings available
are substantial (remembering, too that CHAP fees are already below those
charged by JCAHO). Here are the savings:
CHAP will make
available to HCAF one copy of the OASIS Benchmark report, with a comparison for
HCAF members only, once 10 or more certified home health agencies have become
accredited. This will provide members
with valuable data which will help members determine their level of efficiency.
CHAP will provide
to HCAF one "Accreditation Workshop" per year at cost, and will be
available for any additional presentations that are requested by HCAF. The cost
and revenue of these additional presentations will be shared equally by CHAP
and HCAF.
